DELIVERY POLICY
The Trend Mea (FZE)
WE OFFER FREE DELIVERY IN UAE AS FOR GCC WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS ABOVE 200 AED
Delivery Timelines:
Standard Delivery time is two to three business day but there may be delay due to invalid address.
Standard Processing time is two to three business day.
All orders in UAE are delivered within 3 to 4 business days, excluding Friday’s, Saturday’s and major holidays.

REFUND POLICY
IMPORTANT: All discounted orders are final sale
Merchandise returns for damages, refund or exchange must be made within 15 days of date of delivery. All sales after the 15 day period are FINAL. Unless merchandise is received defective, a 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returned open products.
Please have your order number available so that we may issue you a Return Authorization to ensure that your account is properly refund or your exchange request is issued.
Shipping cost for any returns and exchange will not be reimbursed. If there was a shipping error or product damage we will provide a return shipping label. We will not exchange items that have been opened or used.
After you have received the Return Authorization, please repack the return item(s) in the original packaging and enclose a copy of your Invoice. It is suggested that you request a delivery confirmation receipt whenever you return an item.
RETURN POLICY
The Trend Mea (FZE)
You can exchange or return/ cancel your order within seven days of the delivery date provided that the goods are in good condition and returned in its sealed packaging without opening or using. The Company shall not accept any returned goods should the return did not follow the aforementioned return procedure.
The Customer must follow the returns policy as detailed on the site. In cases where the rejection of the goods is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, The Customer is entitled to a replacement of the goods. The Customer must notify The Company within seven days of purchase with all the proof (damage item picture) so replacement can be issued. The Company will examine the returned product and will notify The Customer of the replacement of the product within a reasonable period of time.
The Company usually processes the replacement due to The Customer within fourteen days of the day the return is received at The Company’s premises and upon confirmation by The Company to The Customer of the latter’s entitlement of a replacement for the defective product. Products returned by The Customer due to a defect will be replaced and The Company bears the delivery charges for both sending and returning the item to The Customer.
SHIPPING POLICY
- All discounted orders are final sale
- Order received after Thursday 3:00 pm will be processed the next business day.
- Orders placed on Friday or Saturday will ship on the following business day which is Sunday unless Sunday is a national holiday.We offer a flat rate shipping & handling charge of 21 AED (in UAE only)
SHIPPING
All domestic orders are shipped via United Arab Emirates Postal Service. Therefore we require a shipping address that is deliverable by either Carrier. We do ship to PO Boxes.
All orders placed after 12 PM will be shipped on the next business day. (Example: Orders placed at 1 PM on a Friday, will not ship out until Monday.) We are closed weekends.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirming your tracking number. Most orders should arrive within 3 to 4 business days from your ship date.
In the event an item is unavailable you will be notified by phone and/or email and the unavailable item will be automatically refunded to your account. The remainder of the order will be billed and shipped. Unavailable items will not be placed on back order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS: (Please read carefully the international agreements as they may apply to your shipment)
International Shipments are now available. If your country is not listed as a shipping country, you may contact us so we can add the ship to destination.
Please keep in mind that it is your responsibility to assure that the products being shipped to you are allowed to be shipped to the country of destination. Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on the weight of the entire order.
You are responsible for all Taxes and fees that may be applied by customs.
Refusing to pay any taxes or fees associated with your shipment will result in a return of your package in which, we will only give a refund for the items shipped and not the shipping cost.
We have the right to reject and cancel an order without notice. Any order that is highlighted on our fraudulent verification system will be canceled automatically without notice.
There are absolutely no exchanges or returns for international orders or discounted orders.
All international orders must be shipped to the credit card holder's billing address.
If you require any additional information or have any questions in regards to shipping internationally, please contact us and we will answer any questions or concerns you may have.
PLEASE NOTE: It is up to you to determine whether your country allows the product you are purchasing. Packages that are returned due to customs inability to accept the package into the country shipping charges and 10% handling fee will not be refunded. If the package is not returned, the entire order will not be refunded. It is your responsibility to assure that the destination country is able to accept the products that you are purchasing.
